SAT’s Recruiting Process

PHASE 1: Determination of Need:

At this stage client determines the need of a contractor.

PHASE 2: Client and SAT develops the job description.

This is very critical stage wherein it is very important to discuss the desired job details with the hiring manager and understand the need properly. A little extra time could save valuable time and money.

PHASE 3: Right consultant Search

SAT have their own employees with expertise in various ERP areas. Our recruiters first discuss the required job description with our expert employees and try to find if they fit into the job opportunity. If our employees are busy in some other client assignment the recruiters start searching the candidates in market area.

PHASE 4: Identify a qualified consultant:

We have different methods, areas and databases to look for a qualified candidate. Once a qualified candidate is identified then we process the technical screening wherein one of our technical experts takes a formal candidate interview to find out if he/she is the right fit. Once the candidate is approved we do the technical reference check.

PHASE 5: Candidate submission and Interview Scheduling:

The chosen candidate’s profile is then send to Hiring Manager for review and then we try to schedule a technical round of client interview.

PHASE 6: Final Selection:

Client makes their choice and selects the best candidate among the profiles send. We lock the candidate, decide the start date, complete paperwork, background check and assignment starts.
