Priyanka Joshi, CFO/President

Priyanka cofounded SAT in 2002 by leveraging her expertise and defining a clear vision to provide superior service for her customers. Through her strategic, operational, and financial leadership, Priyanka enabled SAT to grow from a company with one employee (herself) to a national consulting firm with a significant client base and backlog of work through 2009. Priyanka is experienced in providing all aspects of systems consulting to some of the largest entities in the United States . Prior to SAT, Priyanka held key management positions for Integrand, where she focused on implementing mega-sized systems to increase revenue and improve efficiencies. She likes outdoor sports and always ready for a long Walk anytime during the day. Her favorite vacation spot is Switzerland.

Manoj Joshi, CEO

Manoj Joshi is the CEO and co FOUNDER of SA Technologies Inc. Under his leadership, SAT has started the Business Process Services Unit (BPO) to enter into the Lucrative Business Outsourcing market. He drives the Sales and marketing Division of the Company and actively involved in Setting up New Business areas.

Prior to SAT, he managed West Coast Operations for Six Years in Integrand Information Systems. Under his leadership, Company recorded unprecedented growth of more than 600 % in revenue. He is a seasoned Golfer and loves to talk about Wines around the world. His favorite vacation spot is Lake Tahoe Manoj has vast Experience in working with USA and many Asian countries.

Manoj has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Rajasthan University . He is a member of the TIE, Silicon Valley and actively involved in volunteer activities in bay area.

Vivek Sharma, VP IT Services

With over 12 years of experience in the Information Technology industry, Vivek brings with him a wealth of technology, consulting, business intelligence and extensive management expertise.

He started his career as a Systems Analyst followed by Project Manager and Business Development Manager handling various ERP Application projects. His in-depth understanding of ERP Technology and a passion in sales and marketing gave him truly valuable experience dealing with people. He has created a strong bond with each and every one of his Employees and Clients. Vivek has consistently created strategic and value driven partnerships for SAT’s customers and suppliers throughout the last five years.

Vivek holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration and Honors in Bachelors Degree of Commerce from Delhi University, India

Raj Parekh, VP Operations

He is an effective team leader with strong analytical, technical, and problem solving skills. Raj's contribution to SAT is into business development, training and human resources strategy.

He is a Management professional with over 20+ years of experience which includes 10 years of US Experience. His strengths have been into Operations Management in IT training & Computer Telephony Integration industries.

He has about five years of Marketing/Sales experience in Pharmaceutical industry. Raj has Very good problem solving abilities, good interpersonal and communication skills and is highly motivated, dynamic and committed professional.

Raj is extremely organized, focused and goal oriented and has Strong ability to multi-task in a high-paced environment.

Vinay Sharma, Director – SAP Practice

As a Director, SAP Services, Mr. Sharma’s major role is to manage & enhance the SAP practice of SAT. Under his guidance, SAT has been successfully awarded some of the major SAP projects in North America.

With more than 15 years experience in Finance, Accounts & Information Technology industry, 10 focused in SAP, Mr. Sharma specializes in SAP Product Costing, Profitability Analysis & Contract Accounting solutions. He has worked on several key management positions & has a good end-to-end feel for how the company’s business runs and what are the critical success factors for business-IT alignment.

His experience spans both large and mid-sized companies across all major SAP modules. His experience includes running SAP Project Implementation, in the capacity of a Project Manager/Program Manager with responsibility for Applications, Development and Technical Architecture involving multi modules/applications, with integration to legacy and best of breed solutions.

Having worked on projects across North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific, he has extensive experience in international assignments.

Mr. Sharma holds a Bachelor & Professional degree in Accounting and a Masters degree in Business Management.
