S A Tech Software India Limited reported strong business momentum in H2 FY26, supported by expanding enterprise technology investments, deeper customer engagements, and continued growth across digital engineering and GCC enablement services.
The company reported a Total Income of ₹11,362.35 Lakhs for FY26, with H2 FY26 contributing ₹6,354.54 Lakhs, reflecting stronger execution across strategic technology initiatives and growing traction across global markets. Demand during the period remained robust across digital engineering, cloud transformation, and data-driven solutions as enterprises continued to accelerate technology modernization efforts.
During H2 FY26, SA Tech further strengthened its position in the Global Capability Center (GCC) ecosystem by supporting global enterprises in establishing and scaling their India operations. A major milestone during the period was the successful enablement of Axiado Corporation’s India GCC, reinforcing the company’s growing capabilities across engineering talent scaling, operational integration, and long-term technology partnerships.
The company also reported improved profitability during the second half of the fiscal year. H2 FY26 EBITDA stood at ₹608.14 Lakhs, while Profit After Tax (PAT) reached ₹280.63 Lakhs. For FY26, the company reported EBITDA of ₹699.37 Lakhs and PAT of ₹216.74 Lakhs, reflecting improved operational efficiencies, stronger delivery execution, and deeper engagement with strategic customers.
