SA Tech Software India Ltd. Receives NSE ‘No Objection’ for Merger with Mindpool Technologies Limited
Pune, India – April 13, 2026 - SA Tech Software India Ltd. has received an observation letter conveying ‘No Objection’ from the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) in relation to its proposed merger with Mindpool Technologies Limited, marking a key regulatory milestone in the process.
The receipt of these approvals enables the company to proceed with filing the scheme of merger with the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) for further consideration and approval.
The proposed merger, which was earlier approved by the Boards of both companies, aims to combine the strengths of SA Tech Software India Ltd. and Mindpool Technologies Limited to build an advanced platform for Global Capability Centre (GCC) operations and digital services.
Post-merger, the combined entity is expected to bring together SA Tech Software India Ltd.’s GCC-as-a-Service model with Mindpool Technologies Limited’s capabilities in enterprise modernisation and digital transformation. SA Tech Software India Ltd. offers Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) setups, Talent-as-a-Service, and AI-driven enterprise automation across functions such as HR, finance, and operations. Mindpool Technologies Limited contributes expertise in cloud consulting and intelligent automation.

The sector is witnessing sustained growth, driven by increasing demand from both large enterprises and mid-sized organisations looking to leverage India for innovation, digital transformation, and operational efficiency.
The merger remains subject to approval by the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) and other applicable regulatory requirements.
